This project examines how queer and trans individuals inhabit and reclaim their bodies beyond the limits of classification. Built through collaborative exchanges with strangers, friends, and self, the work draws on personal reflections, images, and conversations about identity and language. Alongside this, research on LGBTQ+ terminology explores how labels can simultaneously create a sense of belonging and impose constraints. Through photography and illustration, the work holds the tension between visibility and survival — the quiet exhaustion of being named by others, and the ongoing negotiation of when, how, or whether to be seen.
